ruggsville highschool is a very small public school for grades nine through twelve. the population of the school is no more than two hundred people. recently there have been kids kidnapped from the school, so the staff of the school is trying to make it a more secure place for the kids. being a backwoods school, many of the kids are either stuck-up rich goody-goodys or simply all out hicks and rednecks. be careful where you go though... outside the walls of the school is never a safe place anymore.

according to the oh so infamous captain spaulding, willows county mental hospital, also known as weeping willow's hospital, has been abandoned and run-down because of the works of s. quentin quale, also known as doctor satan. doctor quale was a supposed torturer, murderer, and master surgeon that would operate on his patients to try and create a race of 'super humans'. while in surgery, doctor satan was said to be discovered and was hung by an angry mob, leaving his body to never be found.

welcome to this freakshow of a gas station in the middle of nowhere. yes, this gas station is complete with many freakish things inside of it. these things would include the many creepy 'artifacts' that captain spaulding his apparently run across over the years. these things would include the crocodile... which may look like a fake but, unfortunatly it's not... captain spaulding wouldn't reveal that little secret though, not many people want to know about these types of things. besides the artifacts, gas station, and creepy owner, there's a short murder ride inside which you can learn about serial killers, including the town's own doctor satan.

the ruggshaw desert... no one really knows why the name 'ruggshaw' was picked out for it. it's your typical, large desert with sand and those crazy lizards, though if you go far enough out, you will run into a large open field. this field has traces of where crops were grown, but anymore it's just a patch of dirt and grass with many many secrets hidden under it. then there is also deadwood which is located near here, the supposed tree on which doctor satan was hung.

here is where the ruggsville swamp is located. it is your occassional creepy place that tends to be even more eerie at night and filled with fog. if you walk far enough down this swamp. which is hip deep, you will run come to a large concrete tunnel like thing which, if you follow it, will lead you to the backwoods of the firefly's home... be careful out there, this is where tiny likes to go and play.

this police department is home of the slackers as well as home of the strict. some of the police working here take their job very, very seriously... but there are the few dirty cops who take the law into their own hands and do whatever they please. be careful around here, sheriff wydell doesn't seem to care who you are, because if you look suspicious of anything he will deffinitly try and question. sheriff wydell is also one of those dirty cops who likes the law to play by his rules and fall into his hands.

law-breakers beware, this is where you will be staying for the next few years if you get caught. though ruggsville has alot of crime... they don't seem to have anyone in the penitentiary... or any kind of holding cell for that matter. every now and then the criminal will be caught and thrown in here, but alot of the times some excuse can get them out... or if they find the right guard to sleep with that can also get them out. hell, you think this small town really cares if the population drops to zero? obviously not....

this is a small motel that's been around since 1976. the hotel may not be to old but it surely looks it from the outside. the inside of the motel is generally kept neat and clean, though when the maids slack off it becomes a pig pen. this motel has also been a hide-out for a few murderers, though it wasn't so secretive after they killed over six people staying there and left it for the maid.

eliot's diner is a 50's style eatery located about ten miles away from the kahiki palms motel. eliot's diner is mainly known because of the rather large sign that says "on the run again? stop in at eliot's diner", thus making it a rather popular eating facility. just be careful not to run into someone dubbed 'killer' that wouldn't be too promising...

what's a small town without a whore house, right? this whore house is owned by no other than charlie altamont, the brother of captain spaulding. charlie tries to keep the place clean and descided to give it the western theme it has today. if you ask charlie, his favorite whore would have to be candy... what pimp doesn't have a favorite, right? just don't get caught by the sheriff if you're here!

one of the few grocery stores around. hell, take what you can get right? buck's grab and go grocery store has a gas station combined into it as well. it is the perfect place for those people that run out of gas in the middle of no where... and it's truthfully better than trusting that creepy clown, captain spaulding, with your money. who needs clowns, right?

the one part of town that isn't all crappy. the people who live here are usually middle/upper class and most of them will do anything to keep their lawns green.

estates in small town like ruggsville? don't be fooled now, it's a trailer park that's been around for over ten years. it's the place where a lot of the citizens reside. the homes aren't too bad but the scenery isn't that pretty either. the word estate was just added to make it seem a bit more classy.

shadwell drive is located right next to neale homes. this street takes you outside of town and as you leave you pass these homes that are middle class.

with no money for a trailer home and no money to afford a house, one might check out greeneleaf apartments for a home. the land lord doesn't ask for much money in rent but also doesn't provide much maintenance when something goes wrong. nonetheless, these apartments aren't too bad to live in.

the one road where the infamous firefly's are located at. they're just about the only family living on this road and that's probably a very good thing. if instructed to take this street i highly advise you drive fast, real fast. oh and if you run into that old bastard spaulding never take his directions... and if you do, don't stop for anything. especially dr. satan.

there's no better name then to call these homes the outskirts of ruggsville. as you exit/enter ruggsville you'll pass by their driveways and mailboxes. these homes are about half a mile away from each other and very secluded.
